Across three phases Repair, Reparent, Redesign we go back to where the original structure was laid. We look at the foundations, the fractures, the load-bearing beliefs you have been building on without realising.
We do the grief work. The forgiveness work. The pattern work. And then we draw something new.

The original design, installed before you had any say. The science of the first six years and why the brain absorbs everything atmosphere, responses, spoken and unspoken rules without filtering.
The Invisible Architecture
How your earliest relationships became the load-bearing structure you have been living inside ever since. Attachment theory and the direct line from childhood to how you show up in relationships today.
The Voices, The Labels, The Words
The inscriptions left on the walls, traced back to the hands that put them there. Inherited messages, assigned identities, the phrases that planted themselves and grew before you could question them.

I couldn't understand why it was easy for me to transform any home into a luxury sanctuary, yet I could not find lasting peace within my own mind.
For over 15 years I created beautiful, harmonious, luxurious spaces as an interior designer. I watched clients fall in love with their homes reimagined. And every single day I zipped on the Mary Poppins suit to solo parent, show up in community, and lead a property styling business while privately navigating cycles of anxious highs and crashing lows, complex PTSD, deep grief, and a painful sense of not belonging to anyone or anything.
A year after having my daughter, I was diagnosed with postnatal depression. No matter the drug or the support, I found myself rapidly and silently suffocating under the weight of responsibilities, underlying shame and childhood trauma that seeped through every aspect of my being. High functioning on the outside. Dragging a heavy weight on the inside. An endless maze of doctor visits, misdiagnoses, medications and therapists that often left me feeling more hopeless than healed.
Determined to find a way out, I dove into neuroscience, psychology, gut health and relational design, studying under Dr Gabor Mate, Dr Daniel Siegel and Dr Bruce Lipton. I found I could change what and who I believed myself to be, rewriting the narrative on false and inherited beliefs I had carried for decades. And then I started helping other people do the same.
Healing childhood wounding, releasing trauma and dissolving the narratives that control us is a renovation for the mind, body and soul. That is what this work is. That is what I do.

No. Coaching and education grounded in neuroscience, somatic practice and attachment theory. Not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment. If you are currently working with a therapist, this tends to sit alongside that work well.
Most courses work at the level of information. This one works at the level of the body, the subconscious and the nervous system where the patterns actually live. Understanding why you do something has never been enough to stop doing it. This goes further.
It might. We are looking at early experiences and the structures built around them, and that can surface things that have been sitting quietly for a long time. The course is designed to hold you through that, not just inform you. If at any point you need additional support, reach out directly.
This work asks something real of the people in the room. Keeping the group small means everyone gets held, everyone gets seen, and the container stays safe enough to go deep. A deliberate choice, not a marketing strategy.
